Digital literacy is a tool that makes the individual able of using technologies like – information and communication to find, evaluate, create, and communicate information that requires both cognitive and technical skills. Various International commission suggests that digital literacy is essential to school’s success and later a lifelong improvement for individuals. Embracing technology and digital literacy is a key factor to encourage learning from infancy through adulthood.
Acknowledging the need and advancements in education and enabling the children to be integrated with a digital global structure, Sakshi in partnership with Microsoft has come together to extend their support. We have managed to set up digital classrooms in 10 govt. schools in association with the Department of Secondary Education, Government of Haryana and through those centers this year we have covered more than 2800 students from the government schools and marginalized communities.
